by Jessica Polko Since Carlos Tosca's contract expires at the end of the 2004 season, the Blue Jays considered completing the year with Tosca at the helm and making a managerial change in the off-season. However, given the excuse provided by a five game losing streak featuring an unpleasantly large run differential, Toronto chose to dismiss Tosca yesterday.
