by Jessica Polko Boston made a big mistake in the first inning of Game 2 when Bill Mueller and Gabe Kapler were caught in a strike 'm out, throw 'm out double play. Both Nomar Garciaparra and Manny Ramirez followed with singles, so Kapler likely could have scored had he remained on first and almost certainly would have been knocked in had the apparent hit and run been correctly executed.
