by Jessica Polko San Francisco made a move to solidify their playoff rotation, sending Damian Moss, Kurt Ainsworth, and LHP Ryan Hannaman to Baltimore for Sidney Ponson on Thursday. The Giants drafted Hannaman out of high school with their fourth round pick in 2000. He emerged from Rookie and Short-Season ball last year, spending most of his season at A Hagerstown in the South Atlantic League with a brief appearance at A+ San Jose in the California League. The 21-year-old returned to San Jose this year and compiled a 77:32 K:BB with 66 H and 7 HR allowed in 63 IP for a 4.71 ERA over 13 starts prior to the trade.
