Today's Fantasy Rx: Based on each player's keeper potential heading into his sophomore season in the majors, select rookie shortstops in the following order in minor league drafts; I've included the preferred round price for Ultra leagues: Clint Barmes($15), Maicer Izturis($10), Joel Guzman($10), Freddy Sanchez($5), J.J. Hardy($5), Josh Wilson($5), Sergio Santos($2). Sanchez merits a higher rating based on his immediate upside, but he appears unlikely to start for the Pirates barring injury to Jose Castillo, Jack Wilson, or Ty Wigginton.
