I'll continue tomorrow by discussing National League Shortstops with Positive Draft Value.
Today's Fantasy Rx: Based on each player's keeper potential heading into his sophomore season in the majors, select rookie shortstops in the following order in minor league drafts; I've included the preferred round price for Ultra leagues: Omar Quintanilla($10), Alberto Callaspo($10), Ian Kinsler($10), Hanley Ramirez($10), Aaron Hill($5). While Kinsler may possess as much upside as anyone discussed above aside from perhaps Ramirez, trade rumors involving the Ranger this winter concern me to the extent that AL-only owners should devalue him to some extent. Edgar Renteria's contract similarly drops Ramirez due to his uncertain future with the Red Sox. Hill settles below the other four since he should shift to second barring a meltdown by Russ Adams.
