7:00 on Fox/FSN: Boston@New York Yankees Losing last night puts the Red Sox in an unfortunate situation, especially since they don't appear overly likely to win today. Despite the Cardinals' impressive offense, Brandon Backe should be able to pitch deep enough into the game to avoid exposing the underbelly of the Astros' bullpen in the first game of the series.
