12:00 on ESPN: Atlanta@Houston While Houston already should be in the NLCS, Roger Clemens, even pitching on three days' rest, should extend Houston's winning streak at home to twenty games, giving the Astros their first victory in a playoff series. The Dodgers own sufficient talent to force one more game, but Odalis Perez appears unable to pitch effectively right now, particularly against the loaded St. Louis offense.
