Arizona: Luis Terrero, OF The Diamondbacks' new starting center fielder probably deserves this promotion considering his progress this year, but he certainly won't maintain his current averages and may not be an ideal long-term solution for this team. Arizona suspended him for 36 games earlier this season after throwing a ball at a fan, and then he missed another game last month after kissing home plate following a home run. He also possesses enough overall hitting ability, plate discipline, speed, and defensive skills to force most organizations to overlook his questionable discipline and multiple injuries over the last few seasons. While I harbor concerns regarding Terrero's development in many areas, most rebuilding teams should target Terrero. Even current contenders should explore his availability since he offers similar upside to Luis Matos, who fairly exploded onto the fantasy scene in 2003 before slumping this year.
