Moeller's historical skills suggest he's capable of holding a .300 batting average, and his .909 OPS is in line with the .852 mark he posted in 2002. A career-best 3.82 #P/A and solid 1.33 G-F both indicate solid long-term upside, and he doesn't suffer from any significant platoon split. The troubling number here is that his .08 walk rate is barely half of his .16 last season, however I don't see a logical reason for the drop given Moeller's other skills. We will see his averages drop, but he remains a solid backstop and an asset to most fantasy teams; wait on Moeller unless you can make an obvious upgrade to your team.
